Advanced hardware configuration. Three PLC control systems, two servo motors, one stepper motor and one touchscreen — all from the top-tier brand INOVANCE. The pay-off shaft runs at 2,500 rpm with a maximum load of 30 kg, while the take-up shaft runs at 4,000 rpm, reaching a maximum rewinding speed of 600 m/min. A vertical gravity tensioner paired with a laser-positioned slider holds tension accuracy below 0.67 g, so the fiber does not jump and tension precision stays extremely high. The slide carriage is equipped with a reset calibration device, bringing the carriage to its highest precision level every time the machine starts. On the take-up shaft, an electric clamp automatically grips the spool, and a bidirectional infrared rangefinder raises clamping precision to the micron level. The whole system uses pulley-block transmission with titanium-alloy-coated pulleys, making wear on the optical fiber essentially negligible for true zero-loss rewinding. The machine weighs 85 kg and ships in a standard wooden crate on a pallet. Domestic delivery only; shipping is not included. On-site engineer guidance is available at an additional charge.
